Cool Homes, Very cool, art, optical illusions
No Comments
What to do with an old home that is slated for demolition? Call in artists sculptors Dan Havel and Dean Ruck . The pair of Houston artists took on the challenge of visually transforming two buildings in a Montrose neighborhood into a work of art.
The project was called Inversion. It took two houses that once housed art classes and created an incredible illusion out of them. The houses that these two artists re-created were the property of The Art League. The Art League offered the old studios to Havel and Ruck to go nuts with for the short amount of time before demolition was to begin making way for brand new studios for The Art League.
The illusion of a house turned inside out was finally created and it was on display for all to see in the summer of 2005. The tunnel started at the front of the home and went straight through ending up in a small type of slide coming out the back. You go in walking and you crawl out as the tunnel contracts.
Unfortunately, the artwork was temporary and eventually did get demolished.

Really nice computer wallpaper images of ordinary objects. I really think these Hi Resolution wallpaper pictures are fascinating. OK, they are not space images, dinosaurs or optical illusions (the types of images I REALLY love), but they are so awesome because its not easy to tell what it is or is supposed to be and the color is amazing.
These pictures are of things like cloth, string, water drops, bacteria and even bones, not a dinosaur bone I’m thinking, but still cool. They are so colorful and I find myself just staring into the picture trying to figure out what it really is.

Very cool, art, optical illusions
No Comments
So I love optical illusions and these pictures are way cool. They look so real but in fact they are paintings on the sidewalk that look very 3D and very real, especially when seeing the art in pictures. This really does look like holes in the ground. This one below is an optical illusion sidewalk painting that has angels hanging out in a pool on the street… way cool.

Had the angels above, so here is the opposite, the fiery pit of hell. I would walk around that thing too.

Get the raid out for the giant fly hanging out on the street.

This must be where corrupt politicians and businessmen go

another very cool optical illusion 3D street painting

This one is more 3D than the others because it looks like the people are standing on raised blocks, but I could be wrong and the raised blocks may be painted and part of the illusion.

Seems advertisers think this is cool also, Sony laptop street ad
